• When Typhoon Signal no.8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warnings is hoisted, the event is subject to cancellation without further notice. A full refund will be arranged for all affected participants. If Typhoon Signal no.8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warnings cancelled before 2pm the event will resume as normal.
