Muses of Movement: Goddess Yin Flow is a soulful rooftop gathering designed to help you reconnect with your divine feminine essence. As the golden hour fades into a serene sunset, we'll begin with a restorative Yin yoga flow to soften the body and open the heart, followed by a healing sound meditation to realign your energy and spirit.
After moving through this sacred self-care ritual, you'll be invited to stay and vibe during our Goddess Social Hour — a space for deep, meaningful conversation, connection, and celebration with like-hearted women. Enjoy light, delicious treats and refreshing drinks while soaking in the ambiance of feminine radiance, rooftop views, and elevated energy.
