Rooftop Yoga: A Summer Sunset Series
Let's Kickoff Rooftop Season Together!!
This year we are doing things a little different: Set dates and times to offer you a mini series!
Rooftop Yoga Class Schedule:
- May 18th - 7:15pm ($30)
- June 15th- 7:15pm ($30)
- July 13th- 7:15pm ($30)
- Note that space is limited and this event is rain or shine! if weather is not in our favor we will have the walls closed on the rooftop to protect from the elements.
If you want to come to all 3, you will recieve an automatic $10 discount. Select Series 3 pack class at checkout under the May date selection for $80! Plus recieve a free gift on July 13th for attending all 3 classes.

1 hr Yoga- w/Amanda (all levels)
Sound experience (each class will be different)

What to expect:
Come join us, Bloom & Bliss, for a serene evening of yoga on the rooftop of the in Buffalo, NY, USA. As the sun sets, find your inner peace and stretch your body while enjoying breathtaking views of the city skyline. This event is a perfect way to unwind and connect with your body.
Step onto your mat and into the present moment as Amanda Mallwitz (owner of Bloom and Bliss) guides you through an energetic flow that blends breath, movement, and stillness. The class filled with ambiabce, views, and good beats to set you into the present moment. ALL BODIES are welcome!
With an emphasis on mindfulness and intentional awareness, this class invites you to slow down, tune inward, and reconnect with yourself. Whether it's your first class or your 100th,you will feel at ease with Amanda's laidback style of teaching.
Come as you are—leave feeling centered, refreshed, and more at home in your body.
*Please bring a yoga mat, yoga accessories/ props for your practice and a water bottle.
*It is recommended to bring layers
