⏰ Early Check-In:

Arrive 15 minutes early to get settled, meet Coach J, ask questions, and ease into the experience.

📍 Entry Details:

You will meet at the courtyard gate entrance on 9th Street (between the two buildings). From there, you’ll be guided inside with access to the rooftop.

• Full-body sculpt + tone flow
• Resistance bands provided (feel free to bring your own)
• Good energy + StrongHer vibes
• Light refreshments available 🥤
