Chef Eunjo “Jo” Park is a private chef based in New York City, known for blending Korean culinary tradition with modern creativity.
Previously, she served as the Executive Chef of Momofuku Kāwi—earning Eater’s Best New Restaurant of 2019 and Food & Wine’s Best New Chef of 2020—and later led Momofuku Ssäm Bar at Pier 17.
Born in South Korea and raised in Pennsylvania, Jo graduated from The Culinary Institute of America and trained in some of the world’s top kitchens, including Daniel, Le Bec Fin, Per Se, and Momofuku. Her journey into Korean cuisine deepened through her work at Gaon, a three-Michelin-starred restaurant in Seoul, and through studying temple cuisine under Monk Jeong Kwan at Baekyangsa Temple.
Today, she continues to honor and evolve Korean food traditions through storytelling, innovation, and a deep respect for heritage as a private chef based in New York City.
