Lisa from Natures Fold will lead a walk through the local ngāhere and speak about how we can look after our environment, while we are enjoying our natural spaces. Learn about native plants and what they have been used for, past and present.
Lisa will, with permissions, demonstrate the making of Eco Enzymes as shown to her by the Senguan Zheng whānau, from Malaysia, including a small but precious booklet to take home, and a demonstration of how to start your very own Eco Enzyme and the many cool uses it has for the wellbeing of our environment and our people.
In traditional Māori form this event will begin and end with a karakia.
