The Romantic Novelists' Association Ticketed Event Cancellation and Refund Policy is as follows: "Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund, less Eventbrite fees. Please contact either Claire McCauley at [email protected] or Christina Pishiris at [email protected] via email only to apply for a refund at least 30 days in advance of the event. Please note, due to venue terms and conditions and event costs, cancellation requests made within 30 days of the event date are not eligible for either a full or a partial refund. Any transfer or resale of ticket/tickets are the responsibility of the primary ticket holder to organise and not the Romantic Novelists' Association. Tickets cannot be resold above face value. By purchasing tickets, you agree to these terms. The Romantic Novelists' Association reserves the right to refuse admission."
