They don't come much more romantic than Wagner, Mahler and Schumann. This concert by Hope Metropolitan Orchestra, featuring soprano soloist Daniella Sicari, will make your heart soar.The programme begins with Wagner's Siegfried Idyll, moves on to 4 songs from Mahler's Das Knaben Wunderhorn and ends with Schumann's final Symphony, No 4.
Conductor Stephen Pratt brings his usual authority and panache.
Entrance is free to all current members of Hope University's staff and student body.

Doors to the Cornerstone's Great Hall open at 7.00, the concert starts at 7.30 and refreshments will be provided in the cafe/bar downstairs before the concert and during the interval.
Parking
There is limited parking space available on site from 40 minutes prior to evening performances. This is available on a first come first served basis and a small fee is normally charged.
Alternatively you may wish to park at Q Park on Epworth Street, which is located close to the venue.
