Pasta alla Gricia - Guanciale (pork), Pecorino Romano and Black Pepper*
Suppli - a fried rice ball stuffed with mozzarella and tomato sauce
Panzanella - Italian bread salad
*please note: We do not make fresh pasta by hand in this class and will instead focus on other cooking techniques. If this is something you're looking to learn, please explore our "Fresh Pasta" classes (such as bolognese, gnocchi, cacio e pepe or ravioli).
