Crafted from Yamada Nishiki rice and mineral-rich deep-sea water from Muroto Cape—a UNESCO Global Geopark—Azure embodies purity and depth. Three Roka dishes served as canapés have been selected to complement Azure’s subtle complexities. Guests will be able to observe how the liquid evolves with each of the different dishes:
