About this Event
The ROCO Wellness Retreat is a luxury, full-day wellness experience designed to support both the mind and body, offering space not only to rest, but to reflect, reset and gain clarity.
This is not a fast-paced wellness event or a fitness-led day.
It’s an intentionally curated retreat experience, created for those who want time to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and leave feeling clearer, lighter and more grounded.
Throughout the day, guests will move through a carefully designed flow of meditation, sound, gentle movement and restorative practices, balanced with moments of reflection, journalling and vision-setting. Sessions are thoughtfully paced, allowing space to absorb, integrate and simply be.
Alongside deep rest, the retreat places gentle emphasis on mental clarity and intention, supporting guests to reconnect with their goals, values and sense of direction, without pressure or overwhelm.
All sessions are accessible, inclusive and guided with care. You’re invited to take part in what feels right for you, and to rest whenever you need.
YOUR RETREAT EXPERIENCE
Morning - Arrive, Settle & Reset
8:30 – 9:00 | Arrival & Welcome
Guests are welcomed into a calm, softly lit space with herbal teas, gentle music and time to arrive slowly.
9:00 – 9:30 | Opening Circle & Breakfast
A gentle introduction to the day through affirmations and intention-setting.
Breakfast includes acai bowls from RISE, cucumber and lemon water, and fresh juices.
9:30 – 10:15 | Guided Meditation
A breath-focused meditation designed to settle the nervous system and cultivate calm, presence and clarity.
10:15 – 10:30 | Mini Pause
A short refresh break with warm flannels and wellness shots.
10:30 – 11:15 | Sound Bath & Pilates
Slow, accessible movement paired with sound, designed to release tension, support mobility and encourage ease.
Suitable for all levels and entirely non-intimidating.
11:15 – 11:30 | Mini Pause
Coffee station hosted by London Nootropics, with light refreshments.
11:30 – 12:15 | Breathwork & Journalling
Guided breathwork followed by reflective journalling, supporting awareness, emotional release and mental clarity.
12:15 – 12:30 | Conscious Pause
A moment to rest, integrate and optionally share how the previous session felt.
Midday - Restore & Nourish
12:30 – 1:15 | Reiki Healing
A gentle, energy-based session designed to support deep relaxation, balance and restoration.
1:15 – 2:00 | Lunch — The Vibe Café
A nourishing, plant-forward lunch with time to eat slowly, connect and rest.
Afternoon - Restore, Reflect & Reconnect
2:00 – 2:45 | Curated Wellness Experiences
Skin assessments and wellness touchpoints with selected partners.
2:45 – 3:00 | Conscious Pause
A short break to rest, hydrate and reset.
3:00 – 4:00 | Contrast Therapy
Guests are invited to move through optional contrast therapy experiences, including one complimentary prosecco or non-alcoholic alternative, served with fresh strawberries:
- Group hot tub session OR
- Sauna & ice bath
Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis to ensure comfort and flow.
All experiences are guided and entirely optional. Guests are welcome to do all, some or none — the focus is recovery, relaxation and personal choice, never endurance.
4:00 – 4:15 | Conscious Pause
Time to rest and hydrate between sessions.
4:15 – 5:15 | Vision Boarding & Reflection
A guided, practical session to reflect, set intentions and reconnect with personal goals and direction.
5:15 – 5:30 | Conscious Pause
A gentle pause before the final session of the day.
5:30 – 6:15 | Yin Yoga
A slow, restorative yoga session using stillness and breath to support deep relaxation and release.
6:15 – 6:30 | Closing Circle
A calm close to the day with optional sharing, grounding and thoughtfully prepared goodie bags.

This is a small-group experience, limited to ensure a calm and personal atmosphere throughout the day.
WHAT TO BRING
To help you feel comfortable and supported, we recommend bringing:
- Comfortable clothing in which you can move and relax in
- Swimwear (for hot tubs, sauna and ice bath)
- A towel
- Warm layers
- A water bottle
- A small blanket or shawl (for meditation and sound sessions)
- A notebook or journal (optional)
- Magazines, printed images or photos for the vision-boarding session (optional)
Yoga mats will be provided.
