As her 2014 single “Lowkey” went viral in 2023, Jordan was already deep in the studio with innovators like KAYTRANADA and Kelela, preparing to craft music that moves both hearts and dance floors. Her 2025 single “Crave,” produced by Chicago house legend Terry Hunter (Janet Jackson, Mariah Carey, Beyoncé), captures her bold evolution and the confidence of an artist fully in her element.
Raised in Toronto by British-Jamaican parents, Jordan grew up immersed in a vibrant mix of reggae, soul, garage and gospel. She met KLSH online, and their creative connection quickly became the foundation of her sound. Together they built an unmistakable chemistry across projects like R O J O (2011), 1021 (2014) and Play with the Changes (2021). “If you’re talking about Rochelle Jordan’s music, you’re talking about KLSH production,” she says, describing their partnership as one built on shared inspiration and intention.
Now more than a decade into her career, Jordan stands as a seasoned and self-assured artist.
