About this Event
Kick off your weekend with a free, outdoor workout along the Cumberland River, brought to you by Nashville Fit and Nashville Wellness Club. This rotating workout brings a variety of instructors and class styles to Riverfront Park each week.
Classes are open to all fitness levels. Each week features a different instructor, so no two Saturdays are the same.
đź’š A limited number of mats will be available, so bringing your own is encouraged!
The event will take place at Riverfront Park North on the rolling hills.
