About this Event
Our River Worth Water Rangers program is an excitng new citizen science program for the Aire Catchment where Aire Rivers Trust and the River Worth Freinds are launching our first large scale chemical sampling survey of the River Worth.
Durring this launch event we would love to meet new people intrested in geting involved with mapping the pollution problems facing the River Worth from its uper tributarties above Haworth and Gooseye to its confluce with the Aire at Stockbridge.
Alongside demonstrations of sampling techniques and equipment used as part of the Homepage - Water Rangers sampling process.

Please park with consideration for local residents. The event is a short walk up the riverside path in the Bradford Council Damems Nature Reserve on the grassed area alongside Damems Rd.
What You Need: We will not be entering the water on the day, so volunteers need sturdy footwear and warm waterproof cloathing suitarble for an outside event.
