About this Event
Lead dynamic, full-body workouts that blend yoga, strength training, and cardio. During the weekend training, you will learn to guide students through intelligently sequenced classes that integrate yoga postures, strength-building exercises, and cardio bursts. Develop your cueing, pacing, and coaching skills to create an engaging and motivating experience.
River Sculpt is more than just a workout—it’s an opportunity to help students build strength and confidence. This training will equip you with the knowledge, skills, and inspiration to lead transformative classes that challenge, uplift, and empower.
You MUST have completed a 200 Hour Yoga Training.
Eligible for 20 CE credits through Yoga Alliance.
