Ritual Cacao Ceremony and Sound Bath

What to expect

We will open with a Ritual Cacao Ceremony. A moment to arrive, breathe and set a conscious intention for your evening and beyond. Pure, ceremonially prepared cacao is shared as a heart-opening offering; a threshold between the pace of your day and the depth of what follows. Cacao has been used for thousands of years as a sacred plant medicine; gently lifting the mood and bringing you into soft, present awareness.

From there, you'll be guided into a deep sound bath, lying down and fully held, as layers of sound move through you. The instruments used; crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, a full moon hand-beaten bowl and koshi chimes - work together to shift the nervous system out of stress and into genuine rest, drawing on frequencies that settle the mind and reach the body at a cellular level.

This is also a space of protection and transformation. Many people arrive carrying things they didn't realise they were holding. The combination of intention, plant medicine and sound creates the conditions for those things to soften, shift or simply be witnessed.

You may leave lighter than you arrived.

✨ Yoga mats, blankets, head cushions and lavender eye pillows are all provided so just come cosy, soft and open to receive.🌙

Sound baths are not suitable for individuals with serious heart conditions, pacemakers or anyone prone to seizures. They're also not suitable for women in their first or third trimester of pregnancy as the frequencies of the bowls can interfere with these conditions. If you have any of these conditions consult a healthcare professional before attending.

Ceremonial cacao is a powerful plant medicine and is not suitable for everyone. Please do not attend if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a heart condition, high blood pressure, are taking antidepressants (particularly SSRIs or MAOIs), or have a serious psychiatric condition. If you are unsure whether this event is right for you, please consult your GP before booking.
