Join us for a Riso intro workshop in the cosiest bookstore in Nørrebro! So… what is riso?
Risograph printing is a wonderfully quirky print method that sits somewhere between screen printing and photocopying. It uses vibrant soy-based inks and layered colours to create bold, textured prints — with just the right amount of happy accidents. No two prints are ever exactly the same, and that’s part of the magic.
The Intro Workshop is beginner-friendly. During the introduction workshop, you'll dive into the basics of riso printing, learning everything from how the machine works to how to prepare files and separate layers. Whether you already have designs in mind or are still sketching ideas, feel free to bring your laptop, iPad, or sketch on paper.
By the end of the workshop, you'll take home 5 copies of an A3 print with 2-3 colours.
To ensure everyone has enough time to set up and print. We'll host a maximum of 6 participants in each workshop.
The workshop runs for 4.5 hours, including a 0.5-hour break. We'll keep you fuelled with coffee, tea, and snacks :)
This workshop will be taught in English.
