This all-levels flow class takes the empowering practice of yoga out of boutique studios, allowing people to connect deeply with themselves and the beauty of Charleston's natural landscape. Immersed in the setting sun and tunes of a live DJ, we raise money and awareness for those putting in the work to keep the Lowcountry thriving.

A divergence from the larger organizations we usually spotlight, a portion of the proceeds from this class will be donated to

Alex Seaman and her son Forrest. She's a beacon of light in our community, bringing yoga and social justice advocacy into schools and communities that need them most. Last April, Alex and Forrest were in a hit-and-run accident that totaled their wheelchair van. They were on their way to his horseback riding lesson when they were hit full speed from behind, by a driver that was unregistered and uninsured. He fled the scene, and they haven’t had wheelchair transportation since then. Alex has been carrying Forrest long ways while he’s been without access to his independence, so we're raising funds to replace his wheelchair-accessible vehicle – and to help keep their spirits alive.

In collaboration with Divinely Elevated Tea, this experience will begin with a fresh brew of your choosing. Each blend is crafted with carefully-selected ingredients desgined to bring a specific intention with onto your mat and into your yoga practice. One cup of tea is included in the ticket price.

We get that times are tough right now. For that reason, our tickets run on a sliding scale, so choose the option that makes most sense for you.

All ticket sales are FINAL. In the event of inclement weather, class will be canceled and 100% of the proceeds will be donated to the beneficiary mentioned above.
