We’re teaming up with Walk & Rise to bring you an empowered community event designed to energize your body and inspire your weekend.

9:00 AM — Free Community Walk
Start the morning with Walk & Rise for an uplifting, all-levels community walk.
Free and open to all — no ticket required.

10:15–11:00 AM — Mat Pilates with P³ (Ticket Required)
Join P³ for a 45-minute mat Pilates class designed to leave you feeling strong, grounded, and refreshed.

✔️ Ticket includes one coffee from Forever Grounded.

11:00 AM–2:00 PM — Shop Local Vendors (all female owned businesses)
