The sea is an edge place — where land meets water, where the visible meets the unseen,
where our bodies can soften into something vaster.
In this sacred circle, we awaken our feminine essence — the wellspring of intuition, creativity, and sensual aliveness that our modern world so often disregards and silences.
WHAT TO BRING/WEAR
💧Water bottle
🧘🏽♀️Yoga mat + blanket
🧣Hip scarf (also provided)
👒Hat, sunscreen, sunglasses
💃🏻Comfortable dance-friendly clothing
🔮A sacred object for the altar (optional)
👣Outdoor dance/beach rock shoes or barefoot

🌀 WHAT TO EXPECT
⭐️Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes early to allow time for 10 minute walk from parking to site and settling in.
🐚8:00-8:15am Park, Arrive, & Settle In
🐚8:30-10:30am Circle & Gather overlooking the sea (low tide grounding)
Beach Dance workshop ritual on the sand (flow with the tide)
🐚10:30-11:30am Picnic by the water-Light refreshments & gift bags provided (nourishment + connection)

Guided by Bellydance therapy and feminine meditative movement, you're invited to:

🔹Awaken your feminine energy, creativity, and inner radiance
🔹Reconnect with your body as a source of wisdom and power
🔹Move with the rhythm of the sea, embodying both fluidity and strength
This is not performance — but healing, expression, and embodiment. A dance medicine circle where movement becomes prayer and presence.

We'll complete our gathering with quiet reflection, journaling, and sisterhood connection. To nourish both body and spirit, we'll share in a beach picnic of light refreshments.

Parking at Bowditch Point Park is photo-enforced. We recommend paying for parking upon arrival before unloading to avoid a ticket. Beach parking is managed via the local parking app, Premium Parking.
