Abi from Flowstate will guide you through an accessible yin-yang yoga flow deisgned to wake the body and settle the mind

This practice welcomes all levels.

You'll then be led into a profound sound healing journey with Geniene from Sass & Self Help Using instruments and her unique blend of hypnotherapy and sound healing expertise, frequency and intention guiding you inwards and reconnect you to yourself

Things to bring: Water, Yoga Mat and anything to make you comfortable such as a blanket or cushion
