Pilates
This signature 45-minute class follows the classical method, challenging your mind-body connection and offering that true, delicious Pilates burn.
Levels will be provided throughout so you can honour your body and move at a pace that suits you.
Expect to reconnect with your centre, sculpt the core, and leave feeling lifted, energised, and renewed- mentally and physically.
Sound Healing
Allow yourself to drop into deep rest with a therapeutic sound bath designed to calm the nervous system and invite inner peace.
You’ll be guided through a meditative journey of soothing tones and vibrations from Quartz and gemstone Alchemy Crystal bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments.
Benefits from sound healing:
relaxation, improved sleep, creative insight, deep restoration, enhanced clarity and a sense of lightness.
Sound healing is not suitable for:
