Start your Sunday the best way, slowly waking up the body and mind with a wonderfully energising and mindful yoga flow class.
Starting at 8am, you will be refreshed, stretched and balanced by 9am ready to float into your Sunday, knowing your have prioritised your health and wellbeing.
Our Rise and Flow Yoga Class is the perfect balance of breath-linked movement of Flow (Vinyasa) styles with the foundational, pose-holding aspect of traditional Hatha yoga, creating an energising, yet mindful practice that links postures into smooth sequences, building strength, flexibility, and body awareness at a steady pace suitable for various levels.
Expect a simple, energising flowing sequence, with longer holds in poses for deeper understanding, and a focus on co-ordinating breath with movement. A typical class will comprise of grounding, warm up, sun salutations, flow elements, longer held postures and we may include some guided pranayama (breathing techniques).
Suitable for beginners to intermediate as modifications offered
Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes before class start time to settle in the space.
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in
Mats will be provided or feel free to bring your own.
A bottle of water is recommended
