About this Event
Come join us for our Rise and Shine: Sunday Sound Immersion. This sound immersion is designed to bring you healing vibrations from a variety of acoustic sound healing instruments, including gongs, drums, singing bowls, and more. Let the sound help bring your mind, body, and spirit into alignment. Throughout our busy lives and schedules we become so detached from ourselves, our needs, and our wants. Use this sound immersion to connect with yourself, your spirit team, and your intentions for the week ahead. Bring a journal if you would like to write down any insights, or prayers you may have. The meditation uses sound, guided breathing, as well as oils and sacred smoke, to create a healing container for participants to safely explore their inner world and self-healing on all planes of existence.
Mats, bolsters, and blankets will be provided. Please allow enough time for parking and to get settled before the start time of the meditation.
Doors will lock at the beginning of the class, so as not to disturb the meditation. No refunds or credits will be given to no shows and late arrivals. If you cannot attend please reach out at least 24 hours before the start of the meditation class.
