This experience is intentionally crafted to quiet the mind, relax the body, and create space for clarity and renewal. Whether you’re new to sound baths or returning to your practice, this is your opportunity to pause, breathe, and realign in a peaceful, atmospheric environment.
Yoga mats, pillows, and blankets will be available for use, however, you are encouraged to B.Y.O
