Through Sunset Home Buyers, he has built a business centered around helping sellers in difficult situations while consistently finding ways to get deals done. His operation now spans multiple markets across Florida, from Tampa to Tallahassee and Jacksonville.

Phil is known for building systems that allow for scale and is a strong advocate for a more transparent off-market sales process that better serves buyers, sellers, and wholesalers.

🌟 Riley Mudd

Real Estate Investor | Developer

Riley has wholesaled over 100 homes year to date and completed more than 150 transactions in 2025 alone.

Over the past seven years, he has flipped 200+ homes while building a rental portfolio of 30 properties. He is currently overseeing the development of 18 units, continuing to expand both his active pipeline and long-term holdings.

He is also a part owner of a brokerage and property management company, giving him a full view across acquisitions, operations, and asset management.
