Welcome to Riga’s most outrageous race: Riga Beer Mile! This is not your average run. It’s a fast, fun, beer-fuelled challenge where speed meets stamina and four beers stand between you and the finish line. Hosted at the NURME brewery in the centre of Riga, it will be a spectators delight to watch waves of runners undertake this global race concept. And yes we are offering non-alcoholic options. This event is inclusive for all (as long as you are over 18. ID may be asked for!)

4 laps. 4 beers. Pure chaos—in the best way possible.
You can join as an individual or in a team. In fact many people go for both. On a team you can run one or more of the laps.
Participants will race in heats of 25 people, with the running route being on a quiet street near the brewery. While runners gulp and go, spectators can kick back with delicious craft beer from the taproom and enjoy the show. NURME will keep the taps flowing all day—for runners and the crowd. We'll also have food available to purchase on site and prizes for the fastest winners.

The event wll be done in waves so you can compete in both the indivdiual and the team event.
Whether you're here to race hard or just cheer, sip, and laugh, Riga Beer Mile is the summer’s most unforgettable running (and drinking) event in Riga. After the racing stay for drinks and music in the courtyard and taproom of NURME Brewery.
Buy a limited edition Beer Mile t-shirt. Add your address and shirts will be delivered locally after the event (in case they cannot be produced in time before it). Shirts are loose fit, heavy cotton and printed locally in Riga.
DISCLAIMER and TERMs:
- Participants must be 18+.
- Participants must arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of their wave to ensure time for registration and to receive their bib number. There is no guarantee you can race if you arrive late.
- The event will be filmed and photographed for marketing purposes. By signing up or attending the event you agree to the use of your image in marketing materials by Baltic Races and brand partners.
- Entry to the race is at your own risk. You need to ensure you are of sound health to complete the challenge and be aware you are running 1.6km in total on the Riga sidewalks. NURME, Baltic Races and The Riga Beer mile bear no responsibility for injury or health risks caused at the event. We will have a medical office present in case of emergencies.
