This year our second class of the Beginners Course will take place!
Have you recently started cycling and would you like to take the next step and join the many social rides that are organized? During the Ride Out Beginners course, trainers Maan and Maya will help you improve your performance on the bike and get you ready for your very first social ride in a big group of cyclists.
You're welcome to join this beginners course if you have done a few solo rides, or some rides with friends, and you would want to improve your group riding skills. Our trainers speak both English and Dutch and are happy to help you in both languages.
When.
Starting at the beginning, make sure to block the following dates in your calendar to ensure that you can join all the sessions that will be given.
Saturday, April 6th - Technique on the bike, the first lessons on the bike course of Sloten (9:30 - 12:00)
Wednesday, April 10th - Getting ready and getting to know your bike in Ride Out's workshop (19:00 - 21:00)
Saturday, April 13th - Technique on the bike 2, learn to improve your gears and turns on the 'climb' of Spaarnwoude (10:00 - 13:00)
Saturday, April 20th - Your first Social RIDE OUT in a group with various group and technique exercises during the ride (10:00 - 13:00)
How to sign up.
To get you fully "group ride ready" we ask you to sign up for all four sessions. Joining this course will cost €20 and if you join all the sessions you'll receive a €20 giftcard for Ride out. There are only a limited amount of tickets available so when you sign up, we assume that you can attend all sessions. This way we avoid that places go unused. To sign up, select both the paid ticket for entire course, and for the four sessions. This way we can check the attendence so we can open up more tickets if it's possible.
