Learn to make homemade ravioli with Corinn VanWyck, Traveling Sage Personal Chef, during her interactive dinner-party style workshop at the Ludington Area Center for the Arts. Students will taste as they learn the art of pasta-making during ‘Ricotta Filled Ravioli’ on Tuesday, Apr. 8 from 6 - 8:30 p.m.
Registration is $50 for LACA members, $60 for non-members, and includes all supplies. Students may bring a beverage of their choice for dinner. Register online at ludingtonartscenter.org or call 231-845-2787.
The ‘Ricotta Stuffed Ravioli’ workshop will include traditional ricotta filled ravioli, and a plant based option of herbed tofu. Students will also make simple sauces.
Corinn has been making pasta since she was a young child at her Nana’s knee. As Traveling Sage Personal Chef, Corinn has been sharing the joy of pasta making since 2004.
