About this Event
RISFF is a screenwriting and short film festival where we celebrate exciting voices in independent screenwriting and filmmaking.
Our OFFICIAL SELECTION programme of short films includes multi award-winning shorts from around the world with one thing in common - a powerful story. The festival schedule will be updated to our website in the coming days! We have a fantastic day planned for you.
The festival will be hosted within the 1960s architecture of Duke Street Church, screening our short film programme in the recently renovated auditorium space.
The festival will culminate in our AWARDS CEREMONY when our industry guest presenters will award our festival trophies to the Winners in our Screenwriting and Short Film categories.
Our behind-the-scenes videographer will be capturing the day, as well as a stills photographer. We'll have our step-and-repeat area for photos and selfies, so come prepared to give us your best smile!
Our partners Minerva Wellness will be bringing their passion for health and wellness to the festival. We are joining forces with them to celebrate the vitality of creativity!
The festival is a chance for short film fans to come along and discover our beautiful short films, mix with like-minded people and have some fun!
