Join us as we visit 6-8 "live" MLS listings to compare: price, size, amenities, and maintenance fees.
Both brand-new as well as older buildings, with a particular emphasis on "senior-friendly" condo communities, will be toured in Richmond Hill.
This service is completely FREE and without obligation. You'll leave with a better understanding of condo living, including how to decipher a MLS listing, comparing maintenance fees, doing due diligence before purchasing a condo, and much more!
* Participants have the option of being a passenger in the tour van or following in their own vehicles.* Either way, you must register in order to participate.
