Rice: simple in appearance, but packed with endless possibilities! In this class, you’ll discover how to cook perfect white, brown, and wild rice every time—no mushy grains or burnt bottoms here. Then, we’ll explore globally inspired recipes that showcase this humble ingredient. This class is vegan and gluten-free.
