Florida Rural Legal Services (FRLS) will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony on Wednesday, April 22, from 10:30 a.m. to Noon to mark the opening of its new West Palm Beach office at 1601 Belvedere Road, South Tower, Suite 403.The organization serves individuals who cannot afford an attorney and who would otherwise be left without access to the civil justice system.
