Dr. Heather Behr is a Doctor of Mind-Body Medicine, Functional Nutritionist, and author of The Shift. Her work focuses on helping people understand the deeper connections between the mind, body, and behavior so they can address the root patterns influencing their health and life experience.
Drawing from her background in biochemistry, integrative medicine, subconscious coaching, and mind-body training, Dr. Heather bridges science and personal development to help individuals create lasting transformation.

Many of the patterns that shape our lives operate beneath conscious awareness. In this session, participants will explore how beliefs, conditioning, and mind-body responses influence their behaviors, habits, and outcomes.
Through guided reflection and discussion, we begin identifying the hidden patterns that may be shaping health, relationships, stress responses, and life direction.

Day two focuses on shifting unconscious programming and developing the mindset, habits, and rituals needed to create meaningful change.
Participants will explore tools from subconscious coaching, NLP, and mind-body practices to begin creating alignment between their beliefs, actions, and goals.
