Rhythm & Roots is not just a dance class—it’s a sacred space where Black and Brown women come together to honor their ancestors, awaken their sensuality, and connect through the power of tribal movement.
Rooted in the rich traditions of indigenous tribal dance, twerk, and live drumming, this unique experience is designed to help you reconnect with the rhythm of your roots. This class isn’t just about movement—it’s about celebration, healing, and reclaiming the power that has always been yours.
What to Expect:
🌿 Grounding in Ancestral Wisdom
Move in sync with live percussion as we journey through traditional tribal movements that have been passed down through generations. Awaken your root chakra and feel the power of your ancestors flowing through you.
💃🏽 Empowerment Through Movement
Twerk, dance, and move your body with purpose. Each class is a celebration of femininity, strength, and sensuality, encouraging you to embrace your body and your heritage.
🌺 Community & Sisterhood
Connect with a powerful group of like-minded women in a safe, sacred, and uplifting space. Together, we’ll support and uplift one another on our journey of self-discovery and empowerment.
What to Bring:
Your ticket includes a beautiful, custom goddess wrap skirt that you’ll wear during the class. Just bring your energy and an open heart! You may also want to bring water, a towel, and a yoga mat for grounding exercises.
