About this Event
RGU Hack is the largest student-led hackathon in the north of Scotland, offering an inspiring 24-hour experience for enthusiastic students and recent graduates from a variety of disciplines.
The hackathon will be held at the "Bear Pit" venue within the Sir Ian Wood Building at Robert Gordon University on the 22nd of February, with registration opening at 10am.
This year, we're especially excited to celebrate the recent merger of the School of Computing and the School of Engineering into the new School of Computing, Engineering and Technology (SoCET). With this merger, we're encouraging participants from all these fields to collaborate, combining their diverse expertise to create groundbreaking and innovative solutions.
Last year saw over 180 students work togther to tackle industry set challenges for their chance to win prizes; including Nintendo switches, drawing tablets, drones, projectors and more.
