Join HAC for an exclusive tour of , a newly completed 501-unit rental development in SoMa. Developed by Strada Investment Group, designed by Solomon Cordwell Buenz (SCB), and built by general contractor Swinerton, this project delivers high-density, transit-oriented housing in one of San Francisco’s most central and connected neighborhoods.

We’ll get a first-hand look inside the building, learn about the development process, and hear from the team about what it takes to bring a large-scale infill project from entitlement to occupancy. The Quincy recently received its Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO), making this a timely opportunity to explore its impact.

After the tour,, we will walk to Woodbury Bar on 3rd Street for a complimentary, mid-week Happy Hour. Hope to see you there!
