Learn traditional Japanese cutting techniques, then enjoy ultra-fresh sashimi and sushi crafted from the same fish. A premium sake pairing is included, with beer and non-alcoholic options available for those who prefer.
🍶 Special Sake Partner: Kamotsuru Shuzo: Founded in 1873 in Saijo, Hiroshima, Kamotsuru Shuzo is one of Japan’s most prestigious sake breweries, renowned for its craftsmanship and innovation. Known as a pioneer of ginjo sake, Kamotsuru has been awarded countless gold medals at national sake competitions and even served its sake to world leaders at state banquets.
