Step into a deep experience of yoga with a special collaborative class led by Kamran Zafar and Lee Al-Atraqchi at Hotel Haya.
This 90-minute session is designed to be a fully immersive practice through the journey of yoga and medicinal movement. Through intentional breathwork, mindful movement, and moments of stillness, you’ll be guided through a journey that builds strength, cultivates awareness, and reconnects you back home to yourself.
With two teachers guiding the room, the class offers a dynamic and supportive environment where you can deepen your practice while feeling fully held in the experience. Expect thoughtful sequencing, hands-on guidance, and space to explore both effort and ease.
