The invitation
Somewhere between the noise and the doing, we lose ourselves. We feel it as overwhelm and often as a quiet sense of disconnect.
This is an invitation to return to the centre. Breathe in. Arrive in the body.
Write from that centre; where stillness cultivates, and the noise begins to quiet, so you can listen closely and tend with softness.
We invite you to return to your centre, through a grounding yoga session and a reflective writing practice designed to help you slow down and reconnect.
Yoga, Breath & Meditation
We’ll begin with gentle breathwork to help you arrive and settle, followed by a slow-flow, mindful yoga flow. The session will close with a guided meditation, supporting you to feel grounded and reconnect with your natural state. This is a space to pause, soften, and reconnect—cultivating a sense of balance across mind, body, and soul, with tools you can carry into your everyday life.
Reflective Writing Workshop
Following a short break, we will do a gentle writing workshop designed to guide you back to yourself—to what feels true, steady, and heart-felt beneath the noise of everyday life. Through guided prompts and quiet reflection, we use writing as a way to reconnect with your inner voice, allowing thoughts and feelings to surface without pressure or expectation.
This is a soft, accessible space where you are invited to come exactly as you are—no writing experience needed. Rooted in care and compassion, the workshop offers a moment to slow down, listen inwardly, and return to a sense of clarity, presence, and self-connection.
