In a world that often pulls us outward, this two and a half hour gathering is an invitation to return inward—to the quiet place where clarity, presence, and connection naturally arise.

Through tea, light lecture, and shared discussion, we will explore presence and how to cultivate it in our daily lives.

Your Morning Will Include:
• A silent meditative tea ceremony offered by Leia Layus, Tamu Mosley, and Alisha Morton of Marin Tea Hut
• A conversational lecture on presence with Ivy Lee sharing wisdom from Chinese Medicine and Daoism
• Guided journaling and discussion
• Reflection on how we return—to presence, to interconnection, to ourselves
• Small group and full group sharing in a gently held space

Space is limited to have an intimate group for this workshop. We highly encourage you to get your ticket in advance! (Please note that all sales are final. Tickets cannot be refunded, credited, or transferred for any reason.)

Preparation:

Arrive early to find parking and get well settled in before we all begin. Doors will be locked upon starting to honor the space and we cannot accomodate latecomers, so we highly encourage you to plan for arriving early.

Luminae Wellness is located at 264 Arlington Ave in Berkeley/Kensington. Our entrance is at the porch on the left side of the beige building.
