Led by Bestarz, the session weaves together mindful walking in nature and a deeply restorative crystal singing bowl sound bath and sound healing, allowing the body and nervous system to soften and self-heal naturally.

$128/session or $168/two sessions. Participants will be relaxing on yoga mats (indoor) during the sound bath.

Session AM will be conducted mainly in English while session PM will be conducted mainly in Mandarin or both, program and healing energy will be different for both sessions, and participants are allowed to select either one or two sessions that resonated to their own preference.
