About this Event
WHAT?
Stress Relief Session is a free one-hour session led by mindfulness trainers to help participants unwind. By combining mindfulness with gentle stretching, it aims to release physical tension and mental stress from the busy day. Suitable for all above 16 years old, the session provides a supportive space to decompress and cultivate a sense of balance and calmness. Participants also gain practical wellness techniques to incorporate into their daily routines for continued wellbeing throughout the week.
No prior mindfulness practice or yoga experience is required. Bring a yoga mat or use those available in our centre (limited stock).
