✨ Opening Ceremony with Tara: We begin by grounding into intention, creating a sacred container, and activating the energy of the day.

🧡 Sacral Chakra Movement + Feminine Flow:A guided movement experience led by Tara—focused on body awareness, alignment, softness, and fluid feminine energy. Less “hard fitness,” more embodiment, presence, and reconnection to your sensual life force.

🌬️ Breathwork + Ancestry Healing with Eleonora:A powerful breathwork journey to release what’s been stored in your body, reconnect to your inner truth, and open space for healing through lineage and emotional clearing.

🎨 Creative Expression + Integration: After breathwork, you’ll be guided into a creative process—cutting, pasting, drawing, and expressing what arose. No artistic experience needed. This is about expression, not perfection.

🥗 Rooftop Lunch + Sisterhood Connection:A nourishing rooftop lunch experience with time to reflect, share, connect, and be held by community. This is where the magic deepens.

🎶 Sound Bath with Sara + Closing Ceremony: We close the day with a deeply restorative sound bath led by wellness warrior Sara—integrating the shifts from the retreat and sealing your return to power with intention.
