A Supported Restorative Yoga & Touch Experience
There are moments when the body goes quiet.
Not peaceful — just distant.
Return to Sensation is a 90-minute restorative yoga experience designed to gently reawaken awareness through safety, slowness, and supported touch.
Taught by Kelly, a trauma-informed yoga practitioner, this workshop centers choice, consent, and nervous-system regulation. Every posture is fully supported with props. Movement is minimal. There is no performance, no pressure, and no expectation to “go deeper.”
Throughout the practice, participants are invited into:
• Long-held restorative shapes
• Breath-led regulation
• Multi-sensory grounding (sound, scent, atmosphere)
• Optional, clearly guided supportive touch
Touch is always consent-based and never assumed. You may opt in, opt out, or change your mind at any time.
This is not about stretching further.
It is about feeling safely.
Through structure and support, the nervous system is given permission to downshift. From that place, sensation can return — not as overwhelm, but as subtle awareness. Warmth. Breath. Contact. Presence.
This is a space to meet yourself where you are.
And to be gently supported there.
