There is a moment just before sleep, a threshold between the waking world and the one that waits beyond it. Welcome.

“Return to Self” is a guided meditation and sound bath experience rooted in the wisdom of the full moon, a time of renewal, of planting seeds, of pausing and coming back to center while moving forward.

Rest is not passive. There is profound action in the pause, in choosing to return to yourself and to let the body lead. In this experience you will be guided into the threshold through yoga nidra, a guided meditation practice that meets you at the edge of sleep and carries you deeply inward. Sound will hold you there. And when you return, you will feel what it’s like to return to your magic.

This is for you if:

• You want to mark the full moon with intention and rest
• You are craving slowness in a busy season
• You want to connect to yourself more deeply
• You want to be with like-minded community

What to Bring

• A yoga mat or blanket to lie on
• A blanket or scarf to cover yourself
• An eye mask (optional but encouraged)

You will be invited to lie down and get truly comfortable. Think cozy. Think “I give myself permission to slow down”.
