About this Event
This transformational wellness series is designed to guide participants back into full mind-body balance through intentional movement, breathwork, mindfulness practices, and immersive sound and voice baths. Each session focuses on realigning key energy centers in the body supporting physical, emotional, and energetic well-being while providing practical tools and holistic nourishment education that can be easily integrated into daily life.
Participants will explore how different areas of the body hold stress, fatigue, and emotional tension, and will learn how to restore flow and stability from the mind and heart down to the core and lower body. Through guided experiences and supportive community connection, this series helps individuals feel more grounded, clear, rested, and aligned.
