At the longest night of the year approaches, we gather in warmth and candlelight to honour the turning of the wheel, the moment when the sun is reborn and light begins to return.
Join us at Willsbridge Mill for a joyful and restorative Yule Sound Bath Ceremony, celebrating renewal, gratitude, and the promise of brighter days ahead.
Through sound, ritual, and reflection, we’ll honour both the darkness that shaped us and the light that guides us forward.
What to Expect
- Smoke Cleansing — Begin your evening with a gentle cleansing ritual using abalone shell and sacred smoke, releasing the energy of the year that has passed.
- Anointing Oil of Renewal — Set your intention for the months ahead with a festive oil blend symbolising joy, hope, and abundance.
- Sound Bath Ceremony — Be immersed in the harmonious resonance of gongs, crystal bowls, and healing frequencies designed to uplift, soothe, and inspire.
- Guided meditation and visualisation for your own renewal and rebirth alongside our sun.
- Journaling Reflection — Each guest will receive a Yule-themed journaling sheet to reflect on the lessons of the past year and write intentions for the new one dawning.
- Blessing Tree — Add your written blessings, wishes, and hopes to the tree, creating a collective offering of light for the turning year.
- Herbal Tea Ceremony — We’ll close with a grounding and heart-warming herbal tea to support integration and renewal, shared in gentle community.
Held By
This session is facilitated by Marie, a certified and accredited Sound Therapist and Holistic Facilitator, and Sarah, a qualified Hypnotherapist and Mental Health Practitioner.
Both are trauma-informed, holding a safe, supportive space for emotional release, reflection, and renewal.
