The purpose of the Rural Online Initiative (ROI) Program is to provide Utah’s rural workforce and businesses with education, training, and services for online opportunities in remote employment, freelance work, and e-commerce. This short meeting will help you begin the ROI Program process, during which you will be connected to online training and employment opportunities!

For those who have completed our Remote Work Certification, or for those that are looking to improve their resume writing techniques, you are invited to join us for a live Resume Critique & Insights Workshop.

We will have experts on hand from USU Extension ROI and the Utah Department of Workforce Services to review and critique a resume and then review some of the most important resume writing skills and guidelines including:

- Targeting your resume to fit the job description

- Quantifying your accomplishments and experience

- Resume formatting, look and feel

- and more!

Have a copy of your resume available to take notes as you will be able to learn how to look at your resume alongside the job description to make it through the applicant tracking system filters.
