Disciplinary issues are often difficult. They may be linked to conduct or capability and the complexity of policies and procedures can add to the challenges.
The session will discuss things we should consider to help reduce risk for the organisation and good practice guidance to ensure a fair outcome for the employee.
The session will be facilitated by Nathan Andrews from Frettons Solicitors. Nathan is a CIPD level 7 qualified and accredited Employee Relations Manager. He has over 18 years’ experience of working with senior leadership teams of UK small-to-medium sized enterprises, providing expert HR and employee relations advice, with a proven track record of resolving complex and difficult employee situations.
Nathan has a deep understanding of UK employment law and regulations coupled with proven project management expertise and ability to implement change.
